2. Data We Collect

Spacírkovník collects only the data necessary for the application to function:

Email address — obtained when you sign in with your Google account.
User identifier (UID) — an anonymous ID generated by Firebase.
List of activated games — information about which games you have access to.
Device location — used only while the application is in use to display the map and provide route navigation. Location data is not stored on any server.

3. Purpose of Processing

Email and UID — to identify the user and link them to their activated games.
Activations — to give you access to games you are entitled to.
Location — solely to display the map and calculate the route during a game.

4. Third-Party Services

Data is processed via the following service providers (data processors):

Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) — authentication, activation database, and game image storage.
Google Maps Platform (Google Ireland Limited) — map display and route calculation.

We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use any advertising or analytics SDKs.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, your data (email address, UID, activations) is removed from our systems.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right to access your data
Right to rectification of inaccurate data
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
Right to restrict processing
Right to data portability
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic)

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in Google Firebase's secure infrastructure. Database access is restricted by rules that allow each user to read only their own activations.

8. Children

The application is intended for families, including children. If the user is a child under 16, sign-in and use of the application should take place under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. The date of the last update is shown in the header.
